Information we collect on this website
When you submit an enquiry, demo request or partner application, we collect the name, clinic name, mobile number, email address, city and any message you provide, along with technical information such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and share product information you have asked for. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.
Patient data
This website does not collect patient health information. Clinical data entered into the Digital OPD application by a subscribing clinic is governed by the agreement with that clinic, which remains the data controller. Caresoft acts as a processor, holds the data on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure, and does not use it for any purpose other than delivering the service.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while a commercial relationship is being pursued and thereafter for our record-keeping obligations.
