Digital OPD is paperless outpatient software for clinics and polyclinics. It runs patient registration, token queue, vitals, consultation notes, e-prescription, billing and follow-up recall in one system, so a clinic can operate without case papers or prescription pads.
Single-doctor clinics, multi-doctor polyclinics, speciality clinics and small day-care centres — typically 20 to 400 outpatients a day. Hospitals with inpatient beds are served by our sister product, Digital IPD.
The consultation and prescription screens keep working during a short outage and sync when the connection returns. Reports, WhatsApp delivery and multi-branch views need connectivity.
Yes. Prescriptions, bills and reports can be sent to the patient's WhatsApp automatically as soon as the doctor signs, along with follow-up reminders on the due date.
The interface is in English. Prescriptions can carry patient instructions in regional languages so the patient reads dosage in a language they understand.
